The day started out wet and damp and was kinda cloudy too, most of the drivers were nervous about the wet condition as none has ever drove in the wet. The location is Hallett track located south of Wichita in Oklahoma.

Here is kevin arriving at the scene of combat with his lethal 2.0 vtec civic which weighs almost nothing.

What does a red valve cover mean to you? In the world of racing it's feared on the track as well as on the streets * hint hint kev , don't whack me for this*

The driver of the Civic , menacing on the track though but not in person *laughs*. Then we have the MR2 below which is equipped with a machine gun external wastegate, imagine even the SLK55 AMG also has to give way to it * no kidding man*.

Not allowed to talk much about what's done to it , but just say the driver is as crazy as the Japanese( want to know why? see below). Tadaa the deadly combination of Terrence and Kevin

*Note the left hand with the mini NOS bottle*

here we have Jun's turbocharged Miata going against the Ariel Atom(it's as fast as exotics mind you guys who don't know nuts on cars).
And off they go with the race starting early at 9am.

The civic squeezing into the pack and leaving them into the dust

MR2 ready to take it's first kill of the day on a STi which supposingly have 350awhp. Then we have the all time hang-around Jeremy and I at the grass snapping pictures and taking videos.

A new guy joined in , welcome B chai. Evo driver *evil grins , we all know it*

One of the Sti below with a cusco roll-cage. looks fast though but disappointing on the track.

A wide view of the MR2 passing by with his trademark Piu Piu (HKS SSQV).

I have no idea what Mr.Civic is doing though.

The Ariel Atom that was lapping everyone like crazy , these things should be thrown to run with the big boys GT class not puny HST guys like us which daily drivers our car *grumble*

Ah yes , not to forget the prestigious mercedes SLK55 AMG that joined the last 2 session but was more like taking it's own sunday cruise.

Well, just to end up the last picture of the photographer for the day event. There goes my weekend, man that wizz by like a supersonic plane down the freeway.

And all this pictures I would say thanks to my all new awesome lens but the price hurts me wallet so deep. *worth it i hope*

Day after day is peeling away like falling autumn leaves for the time i spent here with friends before we part ways again. We'll definitely reunite for Merdeka Endurance Race for sure.
Cheers
